Gil Fleming founded Fleming Technical in 1991, after a career in surfactant research, product development, international technical support and technical software development. Gil is a Chartered Scientist, Chartered Chemist and a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. |

Mike Fleming - Sales Director
Mike joined the company in 2004 and brings a wealth of experience in technical sales and marketing. Mike is responsible for the newly formed Wastewater Division of Fleming Technical. |

Gary Shephard - Business Development Manager Gary joined the company early in 2006 after a long and distinguished career in UK and International sales. Gary brings a wealth of experience in account development, problem solving and specification development. |

Andrew Fleming - Production Manager
Andrew Fleming joined the company in 1999, following many years' experience running a busy timber company. Andrew now manages manufacture and production planning. |

Michael Oliver - Warehouse Manager
Mike joined the company in 2001 after managing a busy consumer goods warehouse. Mike now manages finished goods warehousing and stock control. |

Miranda Mort - Wastewater Technologist Miranda joined the company in 2004 and carries responsibility for Quality Assurance, analysis, formulation and development of custom wastewater solutions. |
